Returning patients may be able to contact their insurance providers for a list of other in-network providers.

If you need to request a copy of your records, please email us and we will work to provide you with a copy within 30 days. Please note that all records requests must come directly from patients or their legal counsel, and must include a signature. 

Please extend your patience & grace to Dr. Tina & her family during this difficult time. Her work is a great source of meaning and joy in her life, and we know she will want to return to it if her health allows. In the meantime, we ask that you please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. We will reach out in the future if we have news about her return to chiropractic care.
